RETURN POLICY

Return Policy as of January 2022

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF ACCEPTED. 

Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit 5 BUSINESS DAYS from post marked delivery!

Please contact info@diamantbijou.com about returning your items AS AN EXCHANGE.  Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to.

* The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage cost.

We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with original receipt, no sign of use or damage. If the item is NOT returned in according to our policy, your store credit will NOT be issued. 

CONDITIONS: 

• ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED, UNUSED AND WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

• Free gifts or promotional items
• Items marked FINAL SALE
